Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for 1st Shift Assemblers in Plymouth MN! This is an exciting opportunity in the medical manufacturing industry.

Temp to Hire Position

Location: Plymouth MN

Pay Rate: $19.50 to $21.50 per hour

Hours: 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 4:00AM-2:30pm PM (OT currently Mandatory Friday and Saturday)

In this role you will be doing Medical Device Assembly in a clean room environment. You will be working with small parts and working with a microscope. There will also be some machine operation involved with this role. QC inspection to specified SOP guidelines. These are contract to potential hire opportunities.

Typical Duties

- Responsible for the safe operation of assigned high-speed large-scale automated assembly machines

- Makes complex repairs and major adjustments to assembly equipment, including set-ups and changeovers.

- Performs daily/weekly/monthly preventive and routine machine maintenance.

-Working with small hand tools and microscope.

- Performs quality checks per the quality specified measurements per print at required intervals.

- Replaces sensors, punches, dies, stock components, air cylinders, belts, etc.

- Uses height indicator, ram optic, gauges and microscopic visual checks.

- Identifies and re-sets machine faults, clears jams, restarts production, removes and packages

finished product.

-Adhere to full gown clean room protocol.

Requirements

- Minimum Highschool Diploma or GED

- Pre-employment Screening

-Previous Manufacturing experience
