Lead/Sr. iOS Engineer

PROJECT: Behavioral Health (BH) : Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Mobile App

We are looking for 1 lead and 1 Sr iOS engineer, so leading a team of mobile engineers is a must. Leading a project from design to implementation into the app stores.

The candidate needs to listen and work collaboratively within a scrum team. The candidate should be able to grasp unique business requirements and constraints and work within those confinements. As a senior engineer the candidate must be able to coach and mentor early career engineers.

IDEAL BACKGROUND: Ideal candidate should be well-versed in iOS app development, understand mobile debugging, and have experience connecting to RESTful services.

TOP REQUIREMENTS:

a. Swift - 5-6 Years

b. Mobile development - 8-10 Years

c. Agile - 3-4 Years

d. Real-world iOS development experience, Swift, API calls

Nice to Have: Full-stack experience, Jenkins experience

Responsibilities:

Attend regular scrum meetings. Design and develop software.

Unit test software.

Participate in architecture/design reviews.

Collaborate with service developers in order to understand APIs.

Deliver on time and with quality.

Create and implement patterns.

Mentor early career engineers.
