Dow is looking for successful candidates for the Leadership Development Program who will be graduating with an MBA from an accredited University Business School program.

The objective of the Leadership Development Program is to create an accelerated path to senior leadership for a few exceptional people who can bring new ideas and insights to the opportunities and challenges facing Dow. In doing so, we will also create a powerful pipeline of future executive leaders for our company.

Primary Roles in the Program:

  • Analyze and recommend on enterprise-level (i.e. company-wide) strategic issues, priorities, and direction.
  • Use of Porters 5-forces, VBM, and/or equivalent strategic analysis frameworks to assess Global Business Units.
  • (GBU's) and corporate strategy, valuation creation of current and strategic alternatives.
  • Possible travel and exposure to other regions/countries as deemed appropriate for project.
  • Candidate will have the opportunity for senior executive exposure and mentoring.
  • Opportunity for $100-$200MM Profit and Loss responsibility.
  • 2-3 key roles within 5 years, in preparation for business leadership and/or financial strategy role customized to individual's interests and needs.

  • An excitement about the prospect of running a large international business

  • Ability to create and leverage a network of contacts
  • Demonstrated community leadership

Minimum Requirements:

  • Complete requirements for MBA degree from an accredited University's Business School.
  • A minimum requirement for this US-based position is the ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis (must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident or qualifying Asylee/Refugee).

Preferred Requirements

  • Have prior experience with a global business
  • Prefer 5-7 years of work experience at an operating company
