The Graduate Rotational Opportunities at Work (GROW) is a challenging 3-year program created to accelerate the development of highly qualified, motivated engineers. It will expose you to different program types, business units, geographic locations, and the consulting life cycle. Participants collaborate with a mentor to guide their development through the program. Additionally, participants will have access to education assistance, certifications, robust training, and cross-functional engagement to accelerate their career growth. The program includes:


Year 1 & 2



Experiences:

• Engage in field and lab activities on several types of construction projects
• Learn and preform industry related testing procedures
• Hone your communication skills
• Apply classroom principals to real world applications
• Participate in rotational experiences in drilling, laboratory & field applications throughout the organization
• Build industry relationships while learning how to become an integral part of the design team
• Accelerate your skills working on remote construction projects

Year 3



Experiences:

• Continued mentoring and leadership skill development
• Provide inspection level services on various construction projects
• In-depth plan reading capability for complex design methods
• Write final reports
• Project and estimation management
• Work on multiple construction and design phases

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
• A strong safety focus and attention to detail
• A demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical concepts
• Flexibility to work extended or nontraditional hours as needed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for the last 3 years
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to lift 50-75+ pounds
• Travel up to 25% of time
