Description

The University of Chicago's Department of Medicine, Section of Rheumatology, is searching for a full-time faculty member at any rank. The appointee will have a mix of inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities and will provide care for patients with a broad range of rheumatic diseases at our Hyde Park campus and other Chicagoland locations. Other duties will include training and supervision of trainees and students and scholarly activity. We especially welcome applicants who have experience and interest in clinical or translational research. Academic rank and compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) are dependent upon qualifications.

Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois, and 3) be Board certified in Rheumatology.
