Basic Job Functions:
The responsibilities of the Accountant will be to assist with the execution of day-to-day and month end business activities. These activities include GAAP compliance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL account reconciliations and assisting with other financial or administrative transactions and general office duties as needed. Responsibilities will include cross training with other finance department personnel. Other job duties are listed below:

• Assist with GAAP Accounting and financial Reporting
• General Ledger Accounting
• Providing support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
• Assist with coordination of closing the books each fiscal month-end
• Prepare spreadsheet analyses and reports using MS Excel and MS Word
• Other duties as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Controller

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

• Experience with ERP - SAP
• Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
