Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable Clerk needed for a manufacturing company in the city of Long Beach.

Duties:

• Assist with accounts payable in a fast paced environment

• Matching, batching, coding and entering payable invoices into the system

• Follow up with various departments for approvals and back up documentation

• Filing

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of accounts payable experience

• Proficiency in using ERP system

• Basic Excel skills

• Must have excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

This role requires some in office. Must live locally.
