Accounts Payable SpecialistPosition Summary
Primary Purpose
Processing and monitoring of mail and invoices on a daily basis. Ensure vendor issue resolution and communicating open issues to Receiving and Procurement departments. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that finances are accurate and up to date and that vendors and suppliers are paid timely.
Major Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Daily posting of invoices from our vendors
- Dealing with vendors to correct late payment issues or problem invoices
- Dealing with Procurement regarding PO issues.
- Reversal of MIRO and 19 Doc Invoices when needed.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Understands and demonstrates the Company's core values.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of Pitney Bowes Mailing Machine
- Knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable Functions
- Knowledge of SAP Vendor Line Item Reviews

- Verbal/Written Communication skills
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Outlook for daily e-mail communication
- Basic Excel
- A/P SAP Experience
