Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming company calls, addressing inquiries, and directing callers to appropriate departments.
  • Perform receptionist tasks such as ordering supplies, welcoming visitors/vendors, and maintaining office organization.
  • Manage calendars for Estimators, arranging appointments efficiently.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by assisting with events, projects, and attending meetings.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail promptly.
  • Follow up on leads for estimators and project managers.
Requirements:
  • Must possess a vehicle for local travel; mileage will be reimbursed.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in office or administrative roles.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft 365, email management, and internet research for project-related tasks and sales/marketing support.
  • Familiarity and comfort with using Apple computers.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • In-office attendance required at least 90% of the time; this is not a remote position.
  • Experience with Salesforce & DocuSign considered advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish highly preferred.
Additional Info:
  • Pay: $21-$26/hr DOE
  • Schedule: 8 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday
  • Type: Direct Hire
  • Location: 100% onsite - some local travel might be required from time to time.
