Description:
Key Responsibilities:

• Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement within our production processes.
• Oversee the optimization of equipment and personnel to ensure consistent production meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, providing mentorship and driving efficient operations across all departments.
• Leverage data and metrics to maintain operational excellence and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Implement strategic projects to enhance company performance and efficiency.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal results.
• Lead the recruitment, development, and performance management of a diverse and talented workforce.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a proven track record of success in leading operational teams and achieving measurable results.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing both salaried and hourly employees.
• Strong leadership and administrative skills.
• Experience in implementing and utilizing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in our industry a plus.
• Master's degree.
• Six Sigma Blackbelt certification or similar process improvement expertise.
• Lean Manufacturing certification.
