Assistant Professor of Clinical - Medicine, Infectious Diseases (MTI)
The University of Miami, Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Disease and the Miami Transplant Institute in Miami, FL is seeking an Assistant Professor. Duties to include providing direct patient care to adult outpatients in the Miami Transplant Institute faculty practice (including satellite clinics) and adult inpatients at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Also includes coverage of inpatient consult coverage and weekend on-call service. He/she will participate in the educational and training activities of the Infectious Diseases Division by teaching medical students and residents. Expected to work at the different affiliated Jackson Memorial Hospital locations in Miami, FL.
Position requires an MD, Florida Medical License or eligibility, BC/BE in the subspecialty of Infectious Disease, and additional training in Transplant Infectious Disease.
