What You Will Be Doing We're currently looking for several Assistant PM to help us with our large scale projects in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

- Assist PM with overall day to day duties
- Help monitor safety onsite with help of Safety Manager
- Manage schedule and hold contractors/vendors accountable
- Manage change orders, purchase orders
- Develop relationships
What You Need for this Position A related bachelor's degree is preferred and/or at least 1 years of construction experience/knowledge of:

- Experience working for a construction general contractor is required
- Large Commercial Projects is preferred
- Assist with scheduling and job site safety
- Help coordinate subcontractor progress
- Solid understanding of how to manage the dynamic relationships and components required for a a construction project
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. word, excel, etc.) and MS Project software
- Understanding of Procore or Bluebeam software desired but not required
