Hays has partnered with an internationally recognized company with over 60 years of experience. Well established in the US, their property management division is looking for an Assistant Property Manager based onsite and will assist the property manager in running a class A office campus.
Your new role
As the Assistant Property Manager (APM) in Tustin, CA, your responsible includes, but not limited to: the day-to-day operations management of the property and maintain professional and courteous relationship with the tenants and contractors. You'll be assisting in all financials, so dealing with budgets and CAM recons etc etc.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will preferably have a bachelor's degree; two + years of property management (in addition, if you have management experience, that's a plus!); P&L responsibility and budgetary experience; strong initiative and customer service orientation.
