Description: Our client is currently seeking a ASSISTANT UNIT SUPERVISOR

******$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS******

Join our team as an Assistant Unit Supervisor in our Sub-Acute Rehab Unit! We're seeking a dedicated and qualified RN with a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in long-term care or a healthcare setting to collaborate with our Unit Supervisor on clinical rounds, focusing on high-risk patients.

As an Assistant Unit Supervisor, you'll ensure accurate and up-to-date unit records, maintain meticulous documentation within the Electronic Health Records (EHR), and champion a high standard of patient care, aligning with our unit's mission and vision.

To qualify, you must have a current RN license in Pennsylvania, leadership potential, and excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Most importantly, you must have a passion for quality patient care.

This full-time (37.5 hours/week) position offers professional development and the chance to make a real difference. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, with every other weekend and holiday rotation (flexible schedule).
