Are you ready to undertake a leadership role in the field of Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE)? As an Associate Director, you will coordinate the daily oversight and management of SHE. In this role, you will lead all aspects of and direct staff and management; providing coaching and mentoring to the SHE group. You will develop, implement, revise and/or maintain safety, health & environmental, programs to ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations and company standards and values. You will also coordinate implementation and maintenance of aspects associated with SHE management systems; track & report progress.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelors: Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Sciences, Engineering
  • Technical Expertise: CSP, CIH, CHMM, or PE
  • 7-10 years manufacturing SHE experience

Desirable Skills/Experience:
  • 10--15+ years manufacturing SHE experience
