Drive development and oversight of Knowledge at Penn Engineering website.
Manage all marketing for all AI Educational Programs including Undergraduate degrees, graduate degrees and certificate programs
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the Penn Warren Center's goals and objectives.
Collaborate closely with the leadership team to understand the center's unique value proposition, target audience, and key messaging.
Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, events, and traditional media.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
Work in collaboration with Marketing and Communications to establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders to ensure optimal media coverage and visibility.
Oversee the development of creative assets, such as graphics, videos, and written content, that effectively communicate the center's mission and impact.
Manage the center's online presence, including the website and social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including events, development, and program teams, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and support broader organizational objectives.
Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and optimal ROI.
Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve the center's marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, Master's degree preferred, and 3-5 years of experience in an academic marketing role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and strategic planning.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, content creation, and data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership, fostering collaboration, and managing cross-functional projects.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and solutions.
Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Experience in Computer Information Science and Higher Education is a plus.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in marketing software, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
