Atrilogy's direct client is seeking an AVP, Recruiter to join their team in downtown Los Angeles, CA for 2-3 days on site. This is a 6-month Contract to Hire role.

The Assistant Vice President Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruitment efforts across multiple groups. In this role, with guidance, develops significant and strategic working relationships with management and candidates through consultative, strategic thought leadership. Tactically and operationally superior results are measured by the successful acquisition and hiring of the industry's top talent. Additionally, the role will also focus on supporting the Head of Recruitment on all aspects of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management including recruitment and onboarding process improvement, market mapping, vendor cost analysis & cost savings recommendations, succession planning and confidential projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to search completion
  • Track and manage a recruitment master report that tracks all job requisitions from open to close
  • Participate in the design and implement creative sourcing strategies that take into account the unique culture and needs of the business
  • Provide a competitive pipeline of candidates with the goal of a high-quality shortlist to present to hiring managers
  • Central focus on candidate experience, regularly communicate and correspond with candidates ensuring they are informed on all stages of a search with white-glove service
  • Research and market mapping of both core and non-traditional competitors to identify and report on market trends and identify opportunities
  • Create job position descriptions based on an in-depth understanding of the role and how it interacts/impacts others within the organizational structure
  • Experience with navigating and negotiating compensation structures
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience managing multiple searches at a time while delivering the highest level of employee/candidate service.
  • Industry experience in consumer and commercial banking is preferred.
  • Ability to develop and cultivate a pipeline of candidates under tight timelines, operating with a high sense of urgency, in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
  • Ability to execute various search methodologies & strategies, both independently and/or as a team player.
  • Innovative, self-starter who can take a consultative approach with clients, adapting to different work styles / personalities.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, including influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and familiarity with recruiting compliance requirements.
