A boutique law firm has an immediate opening for a Bankruptcy Attorney to join a fast-growing full-service law firm.

They are seeking a candidate who is willing to jump into a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be licensed in Georgia.

Candidate should have outstanding research, drafting, and analytical skills, as well as a strong academic background, are required. The ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment and to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Review of documents for filing bankruptcy cases; debtor side.
• Drafting bankruptcy motions related to case needs.
• Review bankruptcy petitions, schedules, applications, and plans.
• Experience filing documents in bankruptcy court and state courts
• Filing petitions and motions in the various bankruptcy courts.
• Extensive communication with clients, creditors, and court staff.
• Provide support for our growing practice.
