We are urgently searching for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative for a growing client of ours in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The ideal candidate will act as a Liaison with business clients, answering general inquiry questions, escalations, invoicing, order processing/changes and data entry.
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay: $18.00-25.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and inbound emails
- Order processing/changes via e-commerce portals
- Respond to customer inquiries and escalations, returns processing if needed
- Provide e-commerce platform maintenance
- Additional miscellaneous customer service/e-commerce support tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2-3 Years of Customer Service, E-Commerce or other related office experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Oracle Preferred
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish or Bilingual English and Mandarin
