Position Title: Inside Sales Representative

  • Location: Brea, CA
  • Temp to Hire $28-$30/hour, $34/hr +commission after 4 months.
  • Monday - Friday

Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in both account management and new business development. You will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, leveraging your expertise in cold calling, lead generation, order processing, and exceptional customer service to drive the company's growth in the competitive auto-detailing industry.

Responsibilities:
Account Management:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts (ecommerce and brick and mortar retail locations)
* Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
* Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for upselling, and drive revenue growth.

New Business Development:
* Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation, to acquire new customers.
* Upsell existing accounts
* Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Order Processing and Customer Service:
* Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product expertise.
* Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.

Requirements: B2B Experience / Bilingual Spanish
* Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the automotive industry or a related field.
* Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and order processing systems.
* Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of auto-detailing products or a willingness to learn about our product line.
