As a Business Analyst, you will work day-to-day with a cross-functional Agile Product Team building consumer facing websites. With your experience, you will bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to help the team create amazing digital products. You will focus on creating business value, amazing user experience and exceptional product quality

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product owner to define and shape product needs, translate them into business requirements and align with technology roadmaps and standards.
  • Collaborate with designers and software developers to create the optimal user experience and work within an Agile team, delivering digital products.
  • Help with the development of test cases, validation and implementation plans.
  • Assist with maintaining a well prioritized product backlog and participate in ideation sessions for new features.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify key areas for improvements, such as audience, acquisition, behavior, and conversions.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience in Digital Product (Mobile or Web) and consumer facing digital applications.
  • Experience in working as part of an Agile team.
  • Demonstrate expertise in analyzing business problems and business processes by showing curiosity and incorporating the feedback in documentation.
  • Experience with Balsamiq or other wireframe tools.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

  • Expertise with marketing technology applications including Google Analytics, Content Management Systems, HotJar.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and A/B Testing.
  • Experience with SQL.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle or office environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting).
