Business Analyst - Marketing Technology

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst - Marketing Technology

**Qualified candidates must be able to work on our client's W-2 without sponsorship. 3rd party candidates will not be considered. **

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing the project's business requirements by coordinating interviews, requirement workshops, business and workflow analysis.
  
• Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specification documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
  
• Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate business units.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with external business partners and internal teams to deliver the projects requirements.
  
• Receive ad hoc requests to analyze data within the database, summarize data concern.
  
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  
  
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
  
  
• Ensuring that the product being delivered is functioning well as it is designed for and satisfies the Business requirements.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Retail and broad understanding of Marketing Technology is required
  
• Knowledge of Loyalty Solutions, Campaign Management, Email and Marketing Operations processes and customer data is a plus
  
• Working knowledge and experience with customer facing technical solutions within an Ecommerce, POS or digital space.
  
• Ability to navigate business processes that cross many different functional areas of an organization including, marketing, order management, warehouse management, logistics, ECOM, customer service, loss prevention and operations.
  
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
  
• Ability to Interpret Data Models
  
• Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Project Methodologies.
  
• Experience writing SQL queries.
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field from an accredited institution.
  
  
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
