Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Call Center Representative!

Position type: Fulltime Contract-to-hire
Location: Syracuse, New York
Job/ Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:15am-5pm, 2-days remote, 3-days in office

As a Call Center Representative you will:

  • Answering inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Make outbound calls with changes and update new schedules and notes in database
  • Communicate with customer via email as needed
  • Provide pertinent information to customers
  • Research and resolve any issues
  • Process payments while remaining in compliance
  • Maintain data integrity to assure notes and schedules are created effectively
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2+ years of call center experience preferred, customer service experience required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus!
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Must have a strong attendance record and good references from previous employers

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $18.50/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
