Position Overview/Responsibilities:

With your attention to detail, customer service focus, sense of urgency to meet timelines, your knowledge of applicable carpentry equipment and tools will provide operational and construction support on multiple projects. Working independently or within a team, carpentry skills will support large and small projects position will meet BELFOR standards in safeguarding the property of each project.

  • As a 24/7/365 operation, ability to work nights and weekends as requested and travel periodically
  • Become knowledgeable of each project to recognize problems while offering solutions and provide updates to leadership
  • Move and protect contents without damage by constructing appropriate containment for construction dust, dirt, and airborne contaminant in working area
  • Apply learned skills and materials knowledge relative to:
    • Trim, doors, cabinetry, floor cutting, salvaging and labeling baseboards, insulation, rough framing, acoustical ceilings, roofing materials, and exterior siding
    • Construction of Metal Framed Walls, Acoustical Ceilings, Repair and Replace roofing
  • Develop ability to identify the different types of insulation
  • Perform Daily vehicle safety and maintenance inspections and maintain in a clean serviceable condition
