*Job Location: * Field based/ Within driving distance of Seattle, WA or Portland, OR
*Job Salary: * $75k-$110k DOE
*Requirements: * 2+ years of cell site construction management, ability to travel up to 75% (see schedule below)

What You Will Be Doing This is a field based position that will require you to travel and work with field crews.

Responsibilities include:
- Making sure all sites and jobs are built according to installation guidelines and standards
- Overseeing construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety
- Resolving any issues on short notice and troubleshooting with technical support
- Analyzing results and planning operations for the week
- Leading different field crew teams
What You Need for this Position - 2+ years of experience in cell site construction management (mostly installations of antennas on cell towers)
- Must be within reasonable driving distance to Seattle, WA or Portland, OR to visit client office if/when necessary
- Ability to travel up to 75%, typical schedule is 2-3 weeks traveling one week not with the ability to be home on weekends
- Driving license
