This is a contract-to-hire role at the Sr. Manager level and reports to the IBP CCE Director.

In this role, you'll lead the four-member CCE team in driving behavioral change on this multi-year business transformation. We're looking for a confident, versatile leader with significant experience supporting or leading change on large enterprise transformation programs. Your background should include a mix of organizational change management (OCM), change communications, and/or education. You must demonstrate strong business and organizational acumen, change management expertise, and strategic planning and execution skills. Other key skills include team leadership, engagement data analysis, and efficient management of multiple projects.

Along with leading the CCE team, you'll maintain an IBP program change strategy that drives behavior change across multiple stakeholder groups. You will also provide direct planning and execution support on program priorities as needed, working closely with program leaders and stakeholders to draft plans and deliverables.

A Day in the Life
* Provide day-to-day leadership of the CCE team through work assignment/prioritization, content reviews, and coaching.
* Review project plans and deliverables to ensure alignment with program messaging and change goals.
* Meet regularly with CCE team members to monitor progress and eliminate barriers.
* Ensure a balanced workload for all team members.
* Co-create overall program change strategy with CCE and IBP leadership teams to drive behavior change and explain the strategic importance of IBP.
* Plan strategies and tactics that improve IBP knowledge, skills, and competencies, and drive behavioral change across all stakeholder groups.
* Develop and use data-driven insights to refine the change strategy as needed.
* Lead IBP content planning and execution.
* Manage a CCE editorial calendar to ensure delivery of relevant and timely communications and engagement tactics across program and enterprise channels.
* Develop leadership and cross-program messaging as needed.
* Measure engagement effectiveness across channels and audiences using digital metrics, surveys, interviews, etc.
* Develop and execute strategic CCE plans for process, tool, and technology changes in close partnership with IBP program workstreams.
* Attend weekly project meetings.
* Recommend and craft solutions that meet audience needs and support program priorities.
* Produce relevant, targeted communications across multiple formats (intranet content, video, email, talking points, slides, toolkits, etc.)
* Prioritize high-impact work; enable project teams to manage lower-value work independently.

Must have:
* Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience OR advanced degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
* Proven experience leading change for complex, multi-year initiatives
* Strong change management capabilities and understanding of organizational dynamics and social psychology
* Excellent judgement in developing strategy and tactics aligned to overall program priorities and stakeholder needs
* Excellent writing skills across a variety of formats: digital, video, scripts, news articles, etc.
* Ability to analyze engagement data and translate insights into strategy
* Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to a changing environment
* Demonstrated ability to assess, prioritize, and manage requests from many sources

Nice to have:
* Experience with IBP or similar business process transformation efforts
* Significant client-facing experience in a multi-national corporation
* Proven ability to lead a team of high-performing, experienced change practitioners
* Proven experience and ability to navigate complex organizations
* Experience with sprint-based (Agile) technology and/or process implementations
* Experience with email marketing automation tools (Eloqua)
