WSFS Bank is actively searching for an experienced Change Management Lead to spearhead the successful execution of pivotal projects. This role will primarily focus on orchestrating the human aspects of change, particularly related to the implementation of significant enterprise-wide strategic technology investments. The Change Management Lead will play a crucial role in guiding the transition from the current state to the future state, emphasizing enhanced associate and customer engagement to realize sustained business outcomes.
