Merakey is seeking a Clinic Assistant to join our Addictions Division in Philadelphia, PA location.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Inputs data into a variety of systems, such as but not limited to state systems (ie RedCap and WITS), internal electronic health records (Avatar/NetSmart (EHR)), and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel and Smartsheet).
Collects, verifies, records, and maintains data on clinical activity and research and prepares associated reports as required.
Maintain the clinical scheduling calendar in the EHR for individual sessions, group sessions, and intake.
Coordinates and follows up with manager in order to meet established deadlines.
May require traveling to other site-based programs.
May perform other job duties as required.

High School Diploma or GED. One year experience with data management Demonstrated efficient and accurate touch typing required Proven attention to detail with data, coming from a variety of sources Demonstrated ability to follow through with individuals to meet competing deadlines Strong attention to detail Sound logic and problem-solving skills Resourcefulness to meet tight deadlines and flexibility with fluctuating priorities
