Innova Solutions is hiring for a Clinical Nurse Manager
Position type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Location: Syracuse, NY
Job/ Shift Hours: Monday - Friday

As a Clinical Nurse Manager you will:
Be responsible for the day-to-day operations and activities of a surgical practice. Plans, develops, organizes, monitors, and manages clinical activities to improve patient care and access. Provides leadership, supervision and motivation to all members of the staff. The Clinical Manager works collaboratively with all other staff to assist the patient and facilitate a successful interaction within the practice team.

The ideal candidate will have:
• LPN or RN with Current NY Licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in business, public health or health care administration preferred.
• REQUIRED: Experience in direct nursing care in ambulatory/clinic setting, with prior experience supervising staff, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PREFERRED: Medent experience
• SKILLS/PROFICIENCIES: Experience in a physician's office, strong clinical skills and knowledge, and good knowledge of computer systems and new technology.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $58,500 - $75,000 yearly
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
