What You Will Be Doing - Oversee CM projects for general contractor
- Provide full job scope of Superintendent during commercial construction projects
- Understand and implement design drawings
- Attend pre-construction, progress, and project meetings
- Maintain project safety, cleanliness, and appearance at all times
- Implement and monitor safety procedures following OSHA guidelines
- Oversee projects throughout the Northeast
What You Need for this Position Related BS and at least 5 Years of experience/knowledge of:

- Construction Management
- Be Comfortable traveling throughout the Northeast on project basis
- Superintendent Duties
- OSHA protocols
- Commercial, Retail, and multifamily projects
- Experience with Procore, Timberline, and MS Project a plus
