A job you love is the best type of insurance policy. Industrial Coverage is seeking a hard-working, honest, team-oriented individual to join us as a Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager. Work on a team supporting a Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager and Producers with servicing clients and completing assigned tasks.

This position is hybrid.

NYC Salary Range - $58,500-$75,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

What you'll do

• Issue certificates of insurance, evidence of property insurance, and vehicle identification cards in a timely manner to clients.
• Document and maintain client service activity files using notes, setting tasks, and attaching documents accordingly.
• Prepare proposals, schedules of insurance, loss summaries and other reports.
• Comply with all internal procedures and practices while demonstrating the ability to meet service performance and quality standards.
• Actively contribute as a member of the team to achieve department and overall company goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What we're seeking

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College Degree or three plus years of insurance or business-related experience highly preferred
• Property and Casualty license preferred or must be willing to obtain within first six months.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Willingness to help people; maintains a positive attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment.
