We are a rapidly expanding General Contractor looking to bring on a Project Manager that can immediately make an impact on our team. It is our goal to become Southeast Michigan's leading commercial construction company and we pride ourselves on our project versatility. What You Will Be Doing As a Construction Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Vice President of Operations regarding ongoing projects. In this role you will oversee project startup and project closeout while managing superintendents and assistant project managers. Responsibilities include obtaining all required permits, managing bids, preparing project schedule, ensuring quality and safety, preparing a punch list, and preparing change orders.
What You Need for this Position At least 5 years experience in construction supervision and:
- Procore or similar project management software
- Microsoft Office
- Understanding of construction management procedures and documents
- Knowledge reading and analyzing architectural, structural, and civil drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and organization skills
