JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary: The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for sourcing and producing various types of original content to expand our company's digital footprint, brand awareness, and inbound leads. This role requires experience in social media and online content marketing, a level of subject-matter expertise ideally in Events, Public Relations, and/or Investor Relations, and a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and excellent project management skills.

Essential Duties:

  • Collaborate with Content team to align production and cadence of content assets based on editorial calendar
  • Collaborate with product marketing, design, sales, and external influencers / industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Create a variety of content assets each month which drive leads, increase brand awareness, and provide value to current clients (examples include videos, whitepapers, infographics, guides, webinars, etc.)
  • Participate in industry blogs on a consistent basis to support and promote the Notified brand.
  • Grow new leads by leveraging website content to increase traffic and conversion through optimized calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Partner with Demand Generation Marketing Manager, and other Notified key stakeholders to optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage clients, prospects and new audiences on Notified's social media platforms. Actively post, Tweet, respond, and share content, and participate in industry blogs on a consistent basis to support and promote the Notified brand.
  • Keep up to speed on the competitive landscape and emerging trends. Recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.


Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in marketing, digital communications,

Job Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience generating and implementing creative content-driven campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer retention and new sales leads, required.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to work effectively with creative marketing professionals, sales teams and business executives in a detail-oriented, organized and dependable way.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience producing a variety of content, specifically digital, with channel-specific knowledge that informs creative and publishing decisions.
  • Experience building new audiences and sales pipeline through lead-gen and social media marketing activities.
  • Proficiency with social media marketing
  • Highly creative with exceptional writing skills.
  • Process-driven, with the ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
