Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and collaborative sales enablement leader to focus on our North America content program. This role will use a merchant-marketing mindset to partner with sales and cross-functional team members and win new business by building compelling content that differentiates the value of PayPal to top merchants.

You will lead end-to-end creation of the creative sales enablement content - deeply understanding merchants and their customers, developing the content strategy alongside stakeholders, translating the complexity of payments into a customer-centric story, and leading cross-functional teams to meet project goals. This role will also be tasked with exploring innovative approaches to building and delivering content.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be a member of the Global Revenue Enablement Proposal Strategy Team that is tasked with developing and delivering highly customized content that enables PayPal's sales organization to pursue and win enterprise-level merchants.Our team's primary role is to deliver engaging sales content that effectively demonstrates our value to drive merchant adoption of PayPal in a fiercely competitive environment. We like to view ourselves as storytellers, responsible for presenting the value of PayPal solutions in an effective way that resonates with our merchants.

You will be responsible for gaining merchant insights, strategic objectives, and business strategies by collaborating with Sales, Subject Matter Experts, Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Marketing, Legal, and additional cross-functional teams. You will: need to demonstrate ownership in leading multiple projects; coordinate closely with global sales teams on deliverables, managing timelines, and leading the project end toend; and be responsiblefor communicating milestones, tracking timelines, and project status.

Key activities include:

  • Write and create creative B2B2C materials such as RFP proposals, pitches, and executive summaries that demonstrate the value of a partnership with PayPal through customer-centric storytelling
  • Deeply research and understand our customers to develop the right message delivered in the right format for merchants across verticals
  • Identify innovative ways for improving the efficiency of the sales enablement process
  • Possess complete knowledge of company, product and industry.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and provide frequent communication to internal stakeholders
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure deadline and requirements are met

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in translating complex technology solutions into simplified messaging

  • 3-5 years' experience in a B2B/B2C marketing or sales enablement role building compelling proposals and presentations with demonstrated track record of proven results
  • Well organized; ability to multitask and possess excellent time management skills
  • Able to manage multiple pitches/RFP responses at one time
  • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work under tight timelines
  • Ability to take ownership, prioritize and efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, both in writing, design, and in project completion
  • Creative writing skills and design knowledge with the ability to partner with sales leaders to develop the strategy and craft a story aligned to the merchant's goals
