Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties: (*Indicates an Essential Function)

  • * Analyzes project and product documentation, both written and through database tools, to determine system requirements
  • * Create and maintain Internal requirements and inputs to the Oracle Sales Order Process through Excel Configuration Files (XCF).
  • Issue of periodic Project summary reports for to the Project Management team
  • Interface with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Management in the course of job functions
  • * Follow written and verbal instructions, and is accountable for his/her actions
  • Ability to follow Quality objectives in documented processes, and support updates and Continuous Improvement of processes and procedures
  • Work within a team environment and can keep individual tasks on track
  • Support Process Improvement through team participation on specific tasks/projects
  • Follows Safety guidelines, utilize appropriate PPE, and demonstrates safe work practices
  • Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • * Demonstrated ability to solve problems and recommend solutions
  • Ability to support documentation updates after normal business hours on occasion to support Production needs.
  • *Other assigned duties.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma & 3-5 years of demand planning
  • Proficient Computer skills, working with Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), with emphasis on Excel
  • Database experience (Access) and aptitude to create and maintain databases
  • Ability to manage and respond to multiple demands
  • Proficient verbal and written skills which allow for accurate exchange of ideas and status

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:
  • Wear the proper personal protective equipment for each task, including, but not limited to, safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, hard hat, dust mask, etc.
  • Regularly lift and/or move 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work within areas of extreme height, as well as climb in tanks, pans and aboard a ship using standard provided access points.
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms and use hands to finger, or handle objects, tools and controls.
  • Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs regularly.
  • Ability to bend, twist, squat, stoop, kneel or crouch frequently.
  • Ability to talk and/or hear frequently.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors regularly in all elements.
