Beacon Hill Legal's client, a prominent national law firm, is seeking an experienced corporate finance NY barred attorney for a long-term remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience representing asset managers and their affiliates on regulatory, compliance and transactional matters. The attorney will also have experience representing U.S. and non-U.S. investment advisers, as well as mutual funds, hedge funds, real estate funds, bank-managed collective investment funds, private equity funds, and venture capital funds. Onshore and offshore money mark funds experience is a plus.
