CPA Firm Senior Accountant *Title:* CPA Firm Senior Accountant
*Location:* Lancaster, PA 17606
*Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 + Bonus*

Founded in 1978 we are a 50+ employee accounting & business advisory firm that primarily focuses the South Central Pennsylvania region with a variety of services that include assurance, tax, accounting, auditing, business management, tax preparation & planning and more. We have experienced 20% growth over the past 2 years and always encourage growth from within. We have openings for Senior Accountants with a clear path to management.

*REMOTE WORK: Once the employee has completed training & is established (probably after 3 weeks to a month), they have the flexibility to work from home. The expectation is that you will need to be in the office for meetings, training & team events as appropriate.*
What You Will Be Doing 1) Understand rules & code of conduct of the AICPA
2) Provide tax compliance, consulting & outsourcing services to partnerships, individuals & corporations
3) Assist w/ tax research & dispute resolution correspondence on tax projects
4) Prepare tax returns, workpapers, adjusted trial balances & depreciation schedules
What You Need for this Position 1) Bachelors in Accounting (MS in Accounting / MS in Taxation ideal)
2) CPA license (or in pursuit of CPA)
3) 3+ years in corporate, partnership & individual tax accounting
4) Firm knowledge of GAAP & MS Office Suite
