The Scaled team accelerates the fastest growing advertisers on our platforms with creative solutions that transform their businesses. Creative Shop's Scaled team is looking for a strategist who has demonstrated success developing and executing solutions for 'white space' problems. The ideal candidate will possess a brilliant creative and entrepreneurial mind with the flexibility to work in dynamic environments. The Scaled team seeks extensive experience packaging and presenting solutions to businesses large and small. With equal parts empathy and influence, you have a proven track record of listening to understand a client's business blockers and opportunities to successfully develop and sell strategic solutions. You've loved making high concept brand ads and hardworking direct ads because it's all about inspiration and problem solving. You don't wait to be handed huge assignments, but you know how to grow the opportunity for strong advertising from seeds. In fact, you often create your own assignments, then assemble a team to tackle whatever the situation calls for. Creative Strategist, Creative Shop Scaled Responsibilities:

  • Thought Leadership: Provoke the Creative Shop team, cross-functional and agency partners to continually push their thinking, connect the dots, and build programs and solutions that will allow us to lead our clients, our partners and the industry
  • Agile Creation: Build hypotheses, test, learn, optimize and scale into programs and support models with data to help guide your decisions
  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate with, align plans, programs and priorities with the sales organization as well as with other key cross functional partners
  • Collaboration: Work in partnership with the other Creative Shop strategists to scale what's working best on other teams and inspire each other with new approaches to serving our mission
  • Continual Optimization: Analyze performance, optimize strategy and align team priorities with organizational goals


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing/advertising in a strategic role
  • Experience developing strategically grounded work, applied in digital and offline mediums
  • Experience bringing ideas to life through prototyping, testing, learning, optimizing and scaling
  • Storytelling and communications skills
  • Experience bringing an idea to life on a white board and presenting in front of internal business partners or small businesses
  • Experience working with or in a creative or media agency
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
  • Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mobile-first mindset and experience producing in the mobile-first space
  • Knowledge of the Facebook and Instagram platforms and portfolio of products
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Advertising or Design
