Speaking of growth, our Sales and Marketing departments are growing and in need of a dedicated CRM Administrator to steer the HubSpot ship, if this sounds like an opportunity for you please read on!
What You Will Be Doing Provide end-user support (implementation, configuration, management services for suite of HubSpot applications)
Facilitate end user adoption, system administration, integration, data integrity, reporting for HubSpot applications.
Support growth goals (increasing efficiencies, optimizing for productivity, developing solid understanding of business processes)
Work cross-functionally to define process requirements, change requests related to sales, marketing and operations processes
Oversee data integrity in HubSpot applications through data import management, system integrations, data auditing, cleanup and workflow management with focus on sustainable, scalable processes
Serve as primary contact for all HubSpot applications, reporting requests (creation, support of all metrics, revenue reporting, ongoing Sales/Marketing/Operations KPI reporting, ad hoc projects as needed)
Primary administrator of the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub database (including creation and iterative improvements of workflows, custom fields, data flow management processes)
Develop department/role-specific Dashboards, Reports, Contact Lists, Notifications, other admin tasks to support Sales Leadership
Manage, maintain, integrate all relevant third-party systems and integrations, investigate and recommend new sales tools to improve sales activities, efficiency and productivity
Maintain all system documentation, write reports, business correspondence, manuals, effectively present information
What You Need for this Position Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
2+ years in Sales, Business or Marketing Operations, or similar role, 2+ years as a HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub Administrator
Experience in sales, marketing, and operations support role
Data management abilities, strong communication and organizational skills
Data analysis, data-driven business decisions, data collection
Experience creating reports, optimizing processes, managing dashboards, software training
Time management, prioritization of tasks, able to meet deadlines independently
Ability to: read, analyze, interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations, respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints, timeliness, sense of urgency
PC proficiency, Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
