Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations

The Culture Transformation Director is responsible for creating and delivering culture programs to develop and engage associates.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
•Developing and leading culture transformation efforts in support of the desired culture.
•Builds and deploys culture solutions based on business needs. Leads the design and implementation of culture practices and processes across the enterprise, including culture-based assessment and reinforcement tools.
•Drives culture engagement for associates and teams.
•Provides culture-related consultation to business leaders across the enterprise to help facilitate optimal team and departmental performance.
•Manages vendor interactions including issue resolution, developing and reviewing statements of work.
•Fluent in change management strategies and best practices; proven success in implementing change across an organization.
•Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of experience in related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Advanced degree strongly preferred. Motivated self-starter who takes initiative and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement and high performance in a fast-paced environment; experienced in driving cross-functional projects independently and collaboratively; ability to deal with ambiguity and make positive use of the opportunities it presents; respond positively to complexity and uncertainty strongly preferred. Ability to travel maybe required.

Qualifications:
•Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of experience in related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred qualifications:
•Experience working collaboratively with Human Resources and/or Diversity & Inclusion and Organizational Effectiveness functions.
•Experience developing evaluation and reporting processes to analyze and communicate the impact of engagement programs.
•Experience partnering with M&A integration teams to successfully plan and execute on milestones.
•Experience coaching junior staff members and influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver on shared objectives.
•Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
