ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit Customer Service staff including hiring, onboarding, training and coaching.
- Supervise the daily operations of the department including quote and order entry.
- Review daily reports to evaluate staff efficiency and track metrics.
- Delegate responsibilities according to experience and ability.
- Interact with customers and handle customer inquiries and issues.
- Develop knowledge of market, products and pricing.
- Work closely with Sales/regional Sales leadership to identify opportunities and support growth.
- Communicate with Operations to overcome obstacles, streamline processes and ensure timeliest order fulfilment.
