We currently have an exciting opportunity for a CWMD Business Program Analyst I to join our talented team. **This position is pending contract award**.

Position Description: The Business Program Analyst, Junior shall provide program support in various functions within the 'planning' phase of the PPBE cycle.

In this role you will....

  • Provides analytical support in business, financial, cost, or program management.
  • Typical duties performed may include analysis, logistics, program management, capabilities-based assessments, operational views, architecture development, risk assessment, cost, financial, or management analysis, or business processes and programs.
  • Develops and/or reviews acquisition documentation, program reports, papers, and procedures.
  • Provide technical expertise relating to CBRN architecture, OV-1s, CBAs, risk and gap assessment/analysis, database development, and other 'planning' areas of PPBE cycle including, gap management, capability-based assessments, and reporting.
  • Assess how program resource review adjustments impact the CWMD organization across Directorates.
Experience Requirements:
  • Ability to assist with the creation of documentation in support of Federal risk and gap data analysis.
  • Ability to assist in data collection and analysis intended to assess Federal program, policy, regulation, or organization effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ability to assist in assessing coverage, quality, methods, effectiveness, and independence of the statistics, evaluation, research, and analysis conducted by the Federal Government.
  • Ability to assist with creating, managing, and supporting processes that comply with CBRN risk and gap assessments, analysis, and reporting.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (four years) and 2 years work experience in a field related to Chemical, Biological, Radiological or Nuclear Engineering or government program management support.
Certification Requirements:
  • None
Security Clearance Requirements:
  • DOD Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) is required
Other Requirements:
  • Experience with MS Office (Access, Excel, word, Teams and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat
  • Countermeasures Assessment and Planning Tool (CAPT) or other similar tools
  • Risk Visualization Tool (RiViT) or other similar tools
  • Research Prioritization Matrix (RPM) tool or other similar tools
  • Requires sedentary work; must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
