Description: Our client is currently seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst, Identity Governance for a 12 month + contract.

Remote position but EST candidates only.

General Summary:

The Identity Governance team plays an integral role in providing employees, consultants, contractors and temporary help with the access they need to support Company and all subsidiaries, and executes with consistency, accountability and exceptional customer service. Access is provisioned and processed within established SLAs, and trouble tickets are resolved expeditiously. As new initiatives are planned and executed, the Identity Governance team members are involved with the projects, representing the provisioning process, ensuring best practices and standards are upheld, work with the project manager/workstream owners to evaluate any deliverables, communicate and coordinate the efforts with the team. This position requires the use of multiple tools and applications, heavy multitasking and thorough vetting of requests and projects to ensure consistency of access and services provided to global subsidiary companies. Requires the ability to manage time and tasks independently but interact with the larger team on a consistent basis.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Provisioning/deprovisioning of access in accordance with current process; communicate with customers and application owners, suggest improvements, ensure SLAs are managed and met.

• Participate in Service Now ticketing systems to swiftly diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

• Work with IT teams, application owners and business groups to analyze provisioning/de-provisioning activities which occur outside of IAM team (on a global scale), determine where appropriate to consolidate within IAM team, automate against IDM tool, Saviynt.

• Manage access to sensitive systems, applications, and data by implementing role-based access controls (RBAC) and least privilege principles.

• Regularly review and refine role definitions to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs. • Ensure roles and processes align within the life cycle of a user (onboarding, job changes, and exiting the organization).

• Conduct periodic access reviews to ensure that users have the necessary access rights and permissions.

• Identify areas of cleanup needed within IAM team and primary data sources used for provisioning and de-provisioning.

• Participate in data cleanup/conversion to new IDM tool; analyze, document and suggest process improvements as globally aligned processes are developed to reduce SLA and service delivery times.

Job Complexity:

• Identity Governance Analysts will manage their daily workload within the established provisioning/de-provisioning workflow while multi-tasking against competing and time-sensitive priorities, while maintaining customer contact and managing/establishing expectations.

• Provides direction and best practices to customers to streamline requests, training and/or education on new tools and processes to promote process adherence, while soliciting feedback to ensure workflows do not negatively impact business units.

• Provide support for projects as needed.

• Mentor new staff to ensure a consistent end-user experience.

• Work with various IT and business teams to consolidate provisioning and de-provisioning activities, look for opportunities to automate and standardize IT processes to facilitate a consistent process.

• Performs administrative cleanup of accounts, servers or platforms found during audits or other activity.

• Update or create documentation for Identity Governance team

Job Specifications (Knowledge, skills and abilities required):

• Ability to manage time, tasks and projects independently but still work and contribute within the team environment.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of Active Directory

• Experience with a ticketing system (such as Remedy or Service Now)

• Ability to multi-task against competing priorities

• Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

CRITICAL MUST HAVES:

Min 4 years experience

Bachelors degree required

Ability to manage time, tasks and projects independently but still work and contribute within the team environment.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of Active Directory

Experience with a ticketing system (such as Remedy or Service Now)

Strong knowledge in Active Directory, Azure & Provisioning tools experience working on Windows Servers
