Description:
Our client is looking for a Cytotechnologist to join their team in Trenton, New Jersey. This position offers flexible shifts, including full-time and part-time. The successful candidate must have an active CT (ASCP) certificate and certificates of completion for Thin Prep Pap Test and Thin Prep Imaging System training programs, as well as PAPM Proficiency Testing results.

As a Cytotechnologist, the essential functions of the job include performing accurate microscopic evaluations of cellular samples, correlating findings with supervisory cytotechnologists and pathologists, and maintaining records of all appropriate specimen and results data. The successful candidate will also perform fine need aspirations to prepare biopsies and ensure that individual specimen turnaround times are consistent with overall laboratory expectations.
