Position Summary

This position is responsible for the sales support, working independently with minimal supervision, performs relatively complex administrative duties, analytical tasks, and solves problems using critical thinking ability. Responsibilities include implementing sales reporting and processes among the organization with the following details.
Essential Responsibilities

• Run daily, weekly, quarterly, & annual reports from multiple sales systems and reconcile data to produce results
• Continually work to identify new opportunities to provide valuable metrics to the business
• Perform and support the implementation of consistent sales data tracking, including key performance indicators metrics
• Support teamwork culture working in close cooperation with Global Sales Back Office and Local Sales Teams
• Support the population and in maintenance of identified tools for Sales, with an analytical and curious approach to the business
• Support the implementation of the SIOP process within the organization
• Maintain and support reporting documentation to monitor and review business and sales status
• Support the SBO team in the creation, validation and update of large sales datasets
• Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and provide day to day support to the sales teams
• Manage forecasting data inputs, outputs and template with sales and work closely with the Finance and Procurement to provide accurate monthly forecasting
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisor

Position Requirements

• Four-year college degree in business or data analytics, mathematics, accounting, finance or related field required
• ERP / Plex / SAP experience preferred
• Expert in all applicable computer software programs (MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, & Excel), and applications
• Extensive experience using Excel formulas and functions especially INDEX and MATCH
• Ability to clean and combine multiple databases using common keys
• Ability to break down large datasets, and make meaningful reports that answer specific questions
• Analytical mind that can recognize and identify which data sources to pull from without clear direction
• Ability to follow strict deadlines
• Interact directly with executive team and answer any requests they may have
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills; must be detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Proven ability with advanced data analysis
• Understanding of the people, processes, technology issues within an enterprise level corporation.
• Understanding how business process impacts reporting

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
