What You Will Be Doing SUMMARY
The Database Administrator is part of the IT team whose responsibilities include managing and maintaining the Companys database of medium to high complexity. Design, write, and analyze reports in relational database management systems (RDBMS) through SQL. SQL report writing and dashboard development includes creating reports based on customer requirements, programming SQL queries to pull data, and to work with customers to define reporting needs.

This position is also responsible for creating tools that provide insight to various departments, functions, and performance including Finance and Accounting, Human capital management and sales performance, pipeline, and productivity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
"Intense database designing and SQL writing.
"Managing relational database management systems (RDBMS).
"SQL report writing includes developing reports based on customer requirements, programming SQL queries to pull data, and to work with customers to define reporting needs.
"Create dashboards that contain data models (Snowflake or Star schema) as per requirement and where data is extracted from various Sources systems via SQL Server, Excel file, etc.
"Lead data discovery, assessment, analysis, modelling, and mapping efforts for SQL and Qlik Sense Enterprise dashboards, reports, visualizations, and storyboards.
"Hands-on experience in SQL / Qlik Sense development, dashboarding, and data modelling and reporting (ad hoc report generation) techniques.
"Develop Excel VSTO Add-in project via Visual Studio and .NET framework via C# or Visual Basic from Data warehouse.
"Market share analytics by region, customers, product types and BOM, margin analysis, year-over-year, inventory, and product availability.
"Create and manage finance toolkit to give insight into the Finance and Accounting departments, Human capital management and Sales performance, pipeline, and productivity.
"Develop and maintain dashboard showing equipment efficiency KPIs such as uptime, improving throughput, and efficiencies.
"Application design, architect, development, and deployment using front-end development and know Visualization best practices.
"Strong communication skills (verbal/written) to deliver technical insights and interpret the data reports to the clients. Including helping them understand and serve the client's requirements.
"Able to comprehend and translate complex and advanced functional, technical, and business requirements into executable architectural designs.
"Experienced in data integration through extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources
What You Need for this Position EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, REGISTRATIONS
"Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S) from a four-year college or university or equivalent technical certification is desirable.
"At least 5 of robust knowledge of T-SQL, SQL, SSIS, SSMS, SSRS, ETL, HTML/CSS required.
"3-5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL platforms and T-SQL (Required)
"3-5 years of experience in Database Administration in SQL Server (2012 to 2019) (Required)
"3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Visual Studio (IDE) (Required)
"3-5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes (Required)
"3-5 years of experience with Microsoft VSTO Add-ins to automate Microsoft Office applications, extend features of the application, and customize the (UI) of the application in Excel using the .NET Framework via C# or visual Basic (Required)
"3-5 years experience in SQL and Qlik Sense web integration, advanced SQL knowledge, Stored Procedures, SQL scripting, nested selection, stored procedures, triggers, analytic functions, tuning, etc. (Required)
"3-5 years experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO) (Required)
"3-5 years experience of years of experience in backups, restores, and recovery models (Required)
"3-5 years experience with a project and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (Required)
"Well-versed with concepts and techniques of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing. (Required)
"3-5 years experience in Database Administration in SQL Server (Preferred)
"1-3 years of experience as a BI/DW professional or Qlik Sense Developer (Preferred)
"A strong analytical and logical mindset.
"Qlik Sense certification (Preferred)
"AWS and Azure exposure for one year (Preferred)
