RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Deployment Technician in Juno Beach, FL.Support the program management team in creating following artifacts:- Adhere to established company and agile delivery standards
- Manage tasks in ServiceNow system and ensure SLAs are met
- Ensure proper communication within tasks and customer are properly documented and articulated
- Image and deploy hardware in accordance with company pre-defined imaging standards
- Assist end-user with software and data transfer
- Ensure non-standard new hire and refresh hardware are received in ServiceNow system
- Maintain proper stockroom audits in physical area and in ServiceNow stockroom
- Receive hardware as it arrives onsite, inventory and manage tasks
- Retrieve and restock old hardware
- Wipe assets and set for disposal in ServiceNow
- Coordinate with Asset management team for proper disposal
- Report to office setting and work within EST 8-5 business hours
- Adhere to assigned storm roles
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have experience with imaging WIN 10 /WIN 11 in addition to troubleshooting
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
