ECS is seeking a Director Business Development Operations.

Job Description:

The Business Development Operations role is an integral part of the ECS Growth team responsible for working closely with the core growth and execution team members to facilitate growth activities across the business.

This role will hold a variety of responsibilities ranging from day-to-day business operations to driving strategic planning activities to leading initiatives focused on process improvement and organization efficiency. Ensure consistent and efficient execution of all functions by working closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation of global standards, processes, and programs to include trainings and quality improvement.

Work with growth teams to develop solution integration strategies for white papers, demonstrations, proposals, and other internally developed products used to identify, qualify, and capture new business.

Salary: $180K+

Required Skills:

• The candidate must also be able to build strong cross-functional working relationships and demonstrate exceptional influencing capabilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• 10+ years of leading a divisional Sales Operations function or similar responsibilities supporting a mid-to-large scale federal contractor.
• This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to "roll up the sleeves", dive deep, and solve important business problems.

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in project management and leading large cross-functional teams in operations and process improvement areas.
