Reporting to the Hospital CEO, the Director of Hospital Facilities Plant Operations will be responsible for Physical Plant, Maintenance, Shuttle Transportation, Security, Housekeeping, Construction Projects, and Bio-medical Services. The Director of Hospital Facilities Plant Operations will oversee dedicated Plant Services personnel, capital working budget, supplies, equipment, and policies. In addition, the Director of Plant also serves as the hospital’s Safety Officer and is responsible for the overall safety system and protocols.

The Director of Hospital Facilities Plant Operations must have prior management experience in a hospital environment. The Director of Hospital Facilities Plant Operations will ensure optimal physical conditions and compliance with the Joint Commission, NFPA, DSHS, EPA, and other accrediting agencies/licensing bodies.
