Overview:

Our E2E Driver Delivery Platform is seeking a Director of Fraud Prevention and Investigations to lead the company's efforts in mitigating fraud, investigating fraudulent activities, and ensuring compliance with legal and cybersecurity regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with multiple teams, including compliance, legal, cybersecurity, product, vendors, field, and global security, to develop and implement proactive strategies to prevent and investigate fraud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for fraud prevention and investigations, in collaboration with compliance, legal, cybersecurity, product, vendors, field, and global security teams.
  • Lead the fraud prevention and investigations business team, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure effective fraud prevention product development, real-time mitigation and effective investigation processes.
  • Experience in proactive fraud prevention strategic leadership in a gig environment with employment regulations, cybersecurity, platform manipulation, etc.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance fraud prevention capabilities and stay informed about emerging fraud trends.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of fraud prevention and detection tools, technologies, and processes to maintain the integrity of the gig delivery platform.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure that fraud prevention and investigation practices align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to fraud prevention and investigations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with field and global security teams to address fraud-related issues in various operational environments and geographical regions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key fraud prevention and investigation activities, findings, and recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on fraud prevention best practices and the importance of reporting suspicious activities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business administration, cybersecurity, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.

2. Proven experience in fraud prevention, detection, and investigations within the gig economy, e-commerce, or related industries.

3. In-depth knowledge of fraud schemes, methodologies, and trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop effective prevention strategies.

4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing fraud prevention and investigations team.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

6. Familiarity with fraud prevention technologies, data analytics, and investigative tools to support proactive fraud mitigation efforts.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

- Stock equity incentives

Minimum Qualifications...
